Guest Post: Spicy Fish With Tahini (Samke Harra)

Any kind cod, salmon, tilapia, etc.
Pre-heat the oven to 320ºF (160ºC).
Mix all ingredients save the fish together into a sauce. If too thick, you can thin it with a little water.
Lightly oil an baking dish and place the fish fillets in one layer. Pour the sauce over them evenly.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot with rice, or cold in a mezze, or even wrapped in Lebanese bread for lunch on the move.
