Instructions
Since tahini naturally separates in the jar, make sure that it is fully mixed before measuring out your quantity of tahini. Place in a small bowl and stir vigorously with a spoon until the texture becomes smooth.
Stir in honey, butter or coconut oil, and a sprinkle of salt, and stir until well incorporated. Taste and add more honey and salt, to taste.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, and spread the fudge evenly. Press pistachios into the top, in rows, if you like.
Refrigerate until firm, about an hour, and then pull out parchment paper, cut with a sharp knife, and serve immediately.
