balsamic vinegar

Instructions
Finely chop the tomato, cucumber, and carrot into small bits.
In a large bowl, combine the oil, balsamic vinegar and salt. Stir until the ingredients emulsify.
Add the vegetables and pomegranate seeds to the liquid and mix well.
Serve cold – enjoy!
