Pomegranate Salad (Salata Rumman)
2 roma tomatoes, diced 1 large english cucumber, diced 1 large pomegranate, seeded

Ingredients
  • 2 roma tomatoesdiced
  • 1 large english cucumberdiced
  • 1 large pomegranateseeded
  • 2 carrotsdiced
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • pinch salt
Instructions
  1. Finely chop the tomato, cucumber, and carrot into small bits.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oil, balsamic vinegar and salt. Stir until the ingredients emulsify.
  3. Add the vegetables and pomegranate seeds to the liquid and mix well.
  4. Serve cold – enjoy!
